card information on the Platform in connection with a booking, that information
is sent directly from your browser to the third-party service provider we use
to manage credit card processing and we do not store it on our servers. The
service provider is not permitted to use the information you provide except for
the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Automatically
When you use the
Platform, your device is automatically providing information to us so that we
can customize our response to you. The type of information we collect by
automated means generally includes technical information about your computer,
such as your IP address or other device identifier, the type of device you use,
and operating system version. The information we collect also may include usage
information and statistics about your interaction with the Platform. That
information may include the URLs of our web pages that you visited, URLs of

Updates to Our Privacy
Policy
We may revise this
Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Platform. This

follows: The revised Policy will be effective immediately for unregistered
users and users registering accounts or otherwise acknowledging the Policy on
or after the revision date. For other users who registered accounts before the
revision date, it will also become effective immediately. However, they can
object to the new Policy within thirty (30) days after the revision date. If we
make a change that we believe materially reduces your rights or increases your

Delivery & Receiving
Service
Once customer finish his registration automatically will receive
his confirmation e-mail on the e-mail he enter on registration form and
customer service team will activated after they review his details and the
payment and by that he will be received the service that he paid for the
amount, If he was making booking through his account he will receive
automatically the voucher “ confirmation “ for his booking and also the invoice
and will be available in his account “ booking area “ and his e-mail keep it
note that Account after Registration is Valid for Lifetime.
Cancellation &
Refund
The cancellation
policies of each reservation made with BookingVVIP will be available on
the website prior confirming the booking and these policies are 100% accepted
by the client when confirming them. All requests to modify and/or exonerate the
already confirmed reservations are not guaranteed.
During special event
periods, certain dates and early bird type bookings, the hotel may pass on a
different cancellation policy of which you will be informed as soon as BookingVVIP are notified.
Any booking which offers
free nights or early booking savings are liable to certain restrictions which
we will inform you about as soon as are notified. Generally these restrictions
are; No name changes and no extension or reduction of nights. If you have
booked a stay that includes 1 night free and your client decides to cancel- The
free night will not be refunded because this is free.
Any reservation, service
or last minute product is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the policy of
individual cancellation published or not published.
Refunds will be done
only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Kindly note the registration on website not free and every user had to pay 10000 USD for the lowest account and it can paid on three or four years and any deposit will be non-refundable once costumer register in his account.
